Las Conchas Beach is 10 minutes away from downtown Rocky Point. This beach is a half rocky and half sandy beach. This is a reserved area where we have many visitors with family. The best place to relax and enjoy the beach. Las Conchas has its own security personnel.
Casa Tres Amigas Master Bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size, & the third bedroom has two twin beds. The house is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, charcoal BBQ grill, A/C, and other amenities. December, January, and February rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays.
This great beach view home is just a few steps from the beach. It has an open view of the beach, beach access thru the side of the empty lot in front of the house.
Please be advised that before heading to the property, you must stop by our office to pick up the keys.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
