Your retreat features an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Decorated in tropical blues and earthy brown tones, this condo is beautiful and well equipped with many amenities. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The inviting dining area has a large table. This condo also offers a unique built-in bunk area for extra accommodations. A stackable washer/dryer is included for your convenience.
Things to know
Beach service is included from March to October.
No trailers, RVs, boats, trailers, jet skis, or personal watercraft are allowed to be parked on the premises. Violators will be towed.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access
