Rent some bikes and explore 30A’s boutiques, restaurants, and bars via the Timpoochee Trail, or spend the afternoon at the shared community hot tub and pool, working on your tan.

But first, coffee. Brew a pot and spend the morning enjoying your outdoor space, which includes a front porch, two decks, and a private back patio, shady and serene.
