Located near Aspen Lake and the Nature Center, you'll enjoy stunning sunsets and shimmering Mt Bachelor from your back deck while having everything in Sunriver close at hand.

The single-level condo is bright and clean, with multiple areas to relax. The living room features a sofa bed and a couple of recliners aimed at the TV, as well as a wood-burning fireplace - perfect for when the weather gets cold. A six-seat dining table provides a great setting for family meals or playing one of the many board games you'll find in the closet. A kitchen with fully updated amenities lets you save money by cooking, and a dishwasher makes clean-up a breeze. Stools at the bar allow for company while you cook and make for a great place to enjoy wine and appetizers.

Step outside to either the front or the back to relax in the sun. The front boasts an enclosed patio area with a table and a gas grill, while out back is an open deck with lounge chair. Watch bicyclists ride by or listen to the delightful sounds of nature all around.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in this condo - one bedroom features a king bed, and the other features a king bed and a twin bed. Both have their own full private baths with showers. Between the two rooms and the sofa bed.

A washer/dryer is available for your convenience, which may come in handy after long rallies on the tennis courts or swimming in the pool at SHARC.

This retreat is perfect for a multi-generational family or a couples' retreat - with the Village at Sunriver just over a mile away, and the stables the same distance in the other direction, it won't be too far to get anywhere. Rent bicycles from the Village and explore over 30 miles of bike paths, or rent kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards from the marina and have fun in the Deschutes River. If golfing is your thing, you' have many great public golf courses in Central Oregon to choose from.

Little ones will enjoy seeing birds of prey at the nature center, and looking through the telescopes at the observatory at night. Other activities include exploring the Lava Caves just five miles north, and the High Desert Museum ten miles away, where you can learn about the area's wildlife and see live demonstrations! For dining and shopping, head to the Village, where you'll find toy shops, boutiques, and sports shops, as well as options for pizza, burgers, salads, coffee, ice cream, and beer. More options are available 20 miles north in Bend, where you'll find a wide array of eclectic eateries and more than 20 breweries to choose from.

  • The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September.
