Just a mile from downtown Ketchum, this mountain getaway is in an amazingly convenient location. It sits on the bus route to the ski slopes and is on the bike path to town. Hike, bike, golf or ski - both downhill and cross country - it's all just steps from your door. Sun Valley lures skiers of all levels to its 3,400 vertical feet of powder. Bald and Dollar Mountains are great for both beginners and advanced skiers. If you don't want to ski, head into town to shop or dine. The Ram is one of the more popular spots for a nosh and is a Sun Valley institution.

- Parking notes: There is underground parking available for one car. To access the underground parking, when facing the building, enter on the left side. Please park in the space marked #205. Place the parking pass in the window, and leave in the condo to avoid a $150 replacement fee. During the winter the HOA will plow the upper parking lot the morning after 3 inches accummulates, any vehicles in the upper parking lot after 10:00 am will be towed without warning and will incur an additional $50 fine, as it impedes the snow removal process. There is underground parking for one vehicle. The underground lot is accessed from the left side of the building. Please park in the space marked #205. You may also opt to park in front. A parking pass is required and must be displayed in the windshield. Please leave parking pass in unit upon departure, a $150 replacement fee will be assessed if parking pass is not left in property. Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.
