Green Iguana is a beautiful wooden cabana in a quiet spot of town. Imagine starting with a light breakfast prepared in your kitchenette and eat it on the porch. Later, you can pack whatever you see fit and go for a swim in the pool, dry off suntanning on the lawn chairs. When you are ready for lunch, grill some meat on the charcoal grills by the pool.

The rental is just a couple of minutes walking from the beach. You can also book a tour around the corner. Visit the cacao farm, go on a scuba trip, or fishing for the day. Within walking distance, you will find some restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and pharmacies.

Staying here was like having your own home in paradise. The room was super clean and we equipped. The cool sea breeze made up for the lack of A/C. Nestled in the small town now Hopkins, friendly people abound. Two blocks from the sea, it is an easy walk to get wet. If you are into exploring, the hotel is a short five to Cockscombe wildlife sanctuary, a butterfly exhibit and a cocoa farm

Off the main, quiet and quaint. Yet just 5 min walk to main for dining,

Stayed at the Green Iguana at Latitude Adjustment and loved every moment of it. My stay was very independent and personal. The staff were extremely friendly and addressed my needs promptly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet and secluded please to stay in Hopkins Belize.

Beautiful cabanas, excellently appointed. Jordy is a great property manager, helpful in every regard. Having a dipping pool was awesome and laundry on site very welcome during our 8 day stay. We found Hopkins Village lacking when it came to beaches, so our haven by the poolside was excellent. Barbecues on site were made use of as well as the bicycles.

We loved the pool on the property.....so nice to cool off in.
The property is very well maintained, and our little cabana was just perfect. The fans helped with the heat and humidity.
We would stay here again.

I loved my stay at the Green Iguana Room at Latitude Adjustment. The room was perfect and the Virtual tour helped tremendously. Joerdy, the manager was very attentive and genuinely kind - he made sure all the guests were taken care of. The concierge Veronique was also very attentive and all my needs were met
