The private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico is a wonderful spot for enjoying your morning coffee or taking in the evening sunsets. Prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or fire up one of the BBQ grills located just downstairs. Beach access allows you to spend countless hours on the sand, and enjoy a range of aquatic adventures!
Seasonal, complimentary beach chairs are included with this vacation rental. These will be available upon checking in with the lifeguard in front of the property. They are offered at Adventures at Sea, which is situated directly in front of the complex.
Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
Two beach chairs and one beach umbrella are included at no charge during guest stay. Guest will need to see beach attendant to be provided these.
