Parking Notes: PARKING FEE: Sunbird limits parking to one vehicle per unit. The second car would have to park in the city public parking areas listed below or at overflow parking locations provided by the onsite office. You must purchase your own parking pass from the Association Office onsite. The cost of the parking pass is $25.00.( HOA only accepts cash.) Please hang the parking pass from the mirror in your vehicle immediately or it may be towed at your expense. Parking for oversized vehicles, boats, RVs, or buses is not available.
There is no parking for scooters, oversized vehicles, boats, RVs, or buses.

AFTER HOURS: If you arrive after hours, please put a note on the car's dash stating you arrived after hours, plus your condo number and cell phone number. Visit the HOA office first thing in the morning and purchase your parking pass.

They do charge a daily rate of $6.00 at the property

Unit was nice. Had a/c issues but Vacasa was right on it!

We love this place, however the condo had clean sheets and towels!
But otherwise it was filthy, the day FRED came through, I CLEANED all day!
I know this is NOT the standards that are usually great, this Condo, was not up to par when we checked in!

Seriously thinking of checking out other condos, next trip…

The condo has beautiful view but need more updated. All the doors make a lot of noise and loose. Kitchen look new but has a few cookware. Only one parking permits and you have to pay extra for this. The office staffs asked us to purchase the wristbands but no one in the building wear it.

This condo was PERFECT for me, my husband, and our 4 month old daughter! Right on the beach, you can see the flags from the condo, and it had everything we needed for our week stay.

My friends and I stayed in Sunbird 1110 E and it was everything promised and more. The view was incredible and the condo itself was very nice! While there are some renovations going on around the complex it did not affect our stay at all. The beach access is fabulous as well as the pool area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The price was extremely reasonable for 3 nights and the entire process was very smooth.
