Living room furniture is comfortable. Bed in large bedroom is comfortable. Kitchen is big. Plenty of light due to large windows. Back yard is nice and big. The neighborhood is very nice. On the other hand, the garbage disposal is broken; the dishwasher is problematic, and all the windows have security locks.

We were 5 family members who came from out of town to celebrate a graduating student. Given the COVID surge and how crowded Eugene was this week, we wanted a place where we could gather and prepare our own food. The house met almost all of our needs in that regard and we just had to pick up a cheese grater at a nearby store. The house was clean, with plenty of towels, blankets etc (yet, Eugene can apparently get quite chilly in June!) and had a great back yard. After attending two graduation ceremonies, we were able to stream the commencement on the TV, which was great given the risk of rain. The Vacasa company is very responsive to any needs and sent us a service person when we reported a clog in the bath tub. There were only a couple of little things that detracted from this being a 5-star experience: the bed in the room that likely used to be a garage was missing a plank, which made the mattress sag under the pillow. It would also have been great to have a house manual to let us know the rules and expectations while there and checking out (e.g. were we expected to strip the beds, take out the trash, clean and put up dishes?). It was expensive, but I assume that's because it was graduation weekend and I would absolutely stay there again over a hotel.

Clean house with comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen well equipped. Close to downtown for Saturday market and other favorites (Metropol, MOC and U of O) Fenced in large backyard was great for my pup. My only complaint was the grass was high making it difficult to find and pick up dog poo😊! Loved the swings! Would rent again in heartbeat!

3 bedroom house with large fenced backyard that is tastefully decorated and super clean. Walk to Lane County fairgrounds and event center. Great Wi-Fi for remote work. I found the adult swing set a delightful break in the day.

Nice family home, furnished with the basics, but meets all needs. Wooden floors are cold (wear slippers) but easy to keep clean. Nice backyard and swings for the children, and accommodating to pet(s). Kitchen could use a few more options, smaller cups, mixer, pots, spatula, and others items for cooking/baking. Although I’m from a generation that cooks…but even for those that utilize packed foods, the microwave could be updated. Good washer n dryer, converted garage (bedroom) is a bit cool.

Neighbors have a sweet dog that doesn’t get much nurturing and barks for attention, very receptive to the kids interactions. The real startle is when the souped up hot rod up is started at 0700…fortunately it’s over fairly quickly.

Overall it’s a comfortable place but a bit pricey for the accommodations offered. I stay in the area a lot and think this is over priced about $50/day.

This property was a new rental (per Vacasa staff). It was missing several advertised amenities and was lacking in a lot of areas that we are accustomed to when renting from VRBO or Airbnb.
*Washer/dryer not working
*No toiletries (no soap for shower)
*Outside front & back door lightbulbs burned out making it difficult to enter at night (this issue was also a renter comment 12/19)
*TV(s) not working -spent 45 minutes texting/calls with agent to get 1 working
*No bedside lamps in any of the bedrooms or bedside tables to put phone/glasses etc at night in 2 bedrooms
*Master bed against outside window with no headboard-pillows had to lean against window blind to read/watch TV.
*Only 3 coffee filters (for a 4 night stay)-purchased a 100 pack and left them for future renters
*Only 1 lamp on the fireplace mantle in the living room which made it difficult to read at night
*No paper towels in kitchen
*Refrigerator was old and rusty in spots
*Upon arrival there was still a painters drop cloth laid out from someone painting in a bedroom prior to our arrival, as well as a soda cup

We actually didn’t stay the last night of our rental, due to some of these issues.

This property has a lot of potential...just needs some attention to detail before it should be rented out.
Manager response:

We had plenty of sleeping room for 6 adults and 1 child. There was a fenced backyard and nearby park for the dog that accompanied us. The house has been remodeled on the inside and the kitchen was big enough for several people to work together, plus a nice sized refrigerator.
