After a day on the mountain, relax by the gas fireplace in the living area of your comfortable condo or marvel at the panoramic views of the ski resort base from your private balcony. Torian Plum Plaza 803 offers all the comforts of a home with a fully-equipped kitchen, three TVs, a DVD player, and a stereo. There is also a private washer and dryer (detergent provided) for your convenience. The main bedroom features a king bed and air-conditioning to keep you cool. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Guests enjoy an outdoor heated pool, four outdoor hot tubs, two indoor hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness room, ski lockers, and on-call shuttle services to take guests to shopping, dining, and other local activities. Torian Plum also has the fastest resort-wide WiFi in Steamboat Springs! Youth Sports notice: The Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.

Parking Notes: All vehicles must have a valid parking pass displayed to gain access to the garage. The garage is patrolled in the winter. There is no assigned parking at Torian Plum, but please park by the columns painted with an R for Residential parking. Oversize vehicles may park with a parking pass in the exterior spaces nearest the garage entrance (just past the shuttle drop-off area). Sorry, no campers or trailers may be accommodated. Vehicles without valid parking passes may be stickered and even towed without warning. Our parking garage has a max clearance of 6'9". Do not enter if your vehicle's roof (or cargo carrier) hits the clearance bar. Please use the designated on-street parking spaces if necessary. In the back left corner of our garage are the tunnels that lead to each building. Plaza Tower guests will use the left tunnel and Creekside Tower guests will use the right tunnel.

Lovely location for easy access to the mountain. The kids loved skiing to ski school each morning and I loved the easy ski to the gondola.

In addition to having plenty of seating to lounge around after a day skiing, the view of the Christie III and gondola made it easy to make a quick decision about heading out for some lower-mountain runs. The kitchen is fully-equipped, the fireplace warm and cozy, and the bathrooms set up well for laying out toiletries. Solid condo for a ski-in, ski-out stay!

Loved the convenience and location close to the ski slopes. Great amenities such as the outdoor hot tubs. Check in process was easy and effortless. Condo was well stocked minus basic cooking ingredients such as spices, oil, etc. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a steamboat getaway!

This condo is conveniently located at the base of the slope. Top floor with pretty views of skiers coming down. Very nice and clean place. Check-in was very convenient, although we arrived past midnight and the office closes at 11pm. Keys and instructions were left in a coded Dropbox. Overall, I was very pleased and would stay here again

We booked this condo literally on the drive to Steamboat. With COVID in its 3rd wave and our kids going virtual the last week before Christmas break, we took it as a sign to hit the slopes. The Condo was very clean, perfect for our family of 5 and right on the slopes. The master had a king bed and its own bathroom with jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds perfect fir our boys. Our daughter said the couch was the most comfortable place she ever slept. She never even unfolded the bed. 🤦🏻‍♀️ We always cook quite a bit while in Steamboat and this kitchen had everything that we needed. Overall this was the perfect condo with perfect views. Steamboat was very COVID cautious, strict on the mask policy and the week we went there was hardly anyone on the slopes. The condo had beautiful views of the slopes and we will definitely stay at Torian Plum for our future trips to Steamboat. You can’t beat the convenience of being steps from the base of the mountain!

The Torian Plum is in a great location, and this particular unit (#803) was especially nice and clean.
