And when it's time to turn in for the night, this home offers four cozy bedrooms including a master bedroom with a king-size bed, one guest room with a queen, a third room with a double, and a kid-friendly room with twin-over-full bunk beds.
Sitting in a beautiful gated community, this home is just three miles from Groveland-proper and a quick 30-mile drive to the entrance of Yosemite National Park! Though day trips to Yosemite are a must, sticking closer to home base will be a blast as well with Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course a mile away, access to Dunn Court Beach on sparkling Pine Mountain Lake two miles away, and the wide variety of restaurants and shops that line Main Street.

- All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Due to the owner of the home having severely extreme allergies to dogs, no dogs/pets are allowed in this home unless the animal is certified through the ADA. Please be transparent when booking home if you do indeed have a certified service animal as to allow us to properly clean after departure.
- This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
