Sitting within walking distance of the lifts to Dollar Mountain, you will have no delay in clipping into your skis and making the most of fresh powder each day. Come summer, a round of 18 won't be hard to come by, as Elkhorn Golf Club is less than a half-mile from home base. Venturing out will be a blast as well with Sun Valley sitting just two miles away and Downtown Ketchum three miles away both offering a wide variety of shops, restaurants, breweries, and year-round events!

Parking notes: Community Parking Pass (1) Required. Parking is permitted on a first come basis in the lower (underground) parking garage accessed from the south side of Building 2(between the bus stop and second roundabout on Village Way). Park in any non-reserved space, or any spot faintly labeled EVC, parking permit must be displayed(available in unit).
A second garage can be used if no space is available in the lower garage, it is located on the south end of Angani Way( the north end is closest to the second roundabout and is labeled 115, Please do not park in this garage!)
Pedestrian door next to garage entrance is marked “104” ( this is the last garage door on Angani Way coming from north to south near the first roundabout).
All vehicles parked in the parking garages must display an Elkhorn Village Parking Permit on their rear view mirror. Only one vehicle per unit will be permitted in the parking garage. The designated parking spaces for Elkhorn Village are marked “EVC” in second garage. Your parking pass must be displayed and you can only park in spots for EVC; this is a very strict HOA rule. The EVC parking is toward the back of the garage.
Please be advised that Elkhorn Springs will be towing unauthorized vehicles parked in the surface parking areas around Elkhorn Village (such as the parking area south of Building 2). The surface lots are owned by Elkhorn Springs. As a reminder, the only designed parking areas for Elkhorn Village are in the two underground parking garages. Proceed on Angani Way to Building 3, and enter building. Take the elevator to floor 2 and unit #54 is located almost directly across from the elevator. Once you enter the condo, retrieve the parking pass and place it in your vehicle. Check underground lots and be sure you are parking only in a spot labeled EVC. The open-air lot outside the parking garage is not available to Elkhorn Village tenants. If the garage is full, you may park in the open-air lot near the pool/clubhouse. Please be sure to return passes prior to departure. Guests are responsible for the $300 fee to replace the pass if not left in unit. Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.
Ski shuttle details: Mtn Rides is the local bus service, look on line for the schedule, masks requires and seating is limited.

Great location for visiting my family who live locally and for getting around town on the free bus system. People in the area are very friendly! Continuing to address previous renters feedback will easily make this unit a five star. Also, adding information about laundry facilities and where to find the trash bins in the building would be helpful. Vacasa was highly responsive and professional when I contacted them with questions during my stay.

The good news: The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is nice. The internet worked.
Unfortunately, there is much more to NOT like: The "barn" door between the bed and bathroom fell off when I tried to close it. Scary! It would have fallen on the bed if I wasn't there to catch it. And if someone was IN bed at the time... OMG! The kitchen is all dark... dark cabinets and countertops, which isn't good since there is only one window in the condo... so it's dark and dreary. Couldn't open the one window. Couldn't figure out the heat. No directions in how to use the gas fireplace ( so couldn't use). There were TWO teaspoons.
There is a closet to hang clothes, but no dresser or place to keep clothes. Poor lighting (only one very tippy floor lamp).
Even finding the place is hard. I wandered around the complex, and finally found someone to ask. The building number is hidden behind follage, and only seen from a courtyard.
Thankfully there were few people staying here, so the thin walls were not much of an issue.

The room was clean and nice and the bed was super comfortable. Lacking in the kitchen though were basic amenities such as salt, pepper, sugar and coffee.

Excellent spot to just sleep but some of the accommodations were lacking. There is an in room air conditioner but it is very loud. There wasn’t a screen in the window so cool evenings were hard to enjoy.

This condo is modern and clean and spacious. The kitchen is awesome and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the heated bathroom floor and walk in shower. The way this studio is set up makes guests feel like they are in a comfortable little home. There is even a table to eat on and the fireplace is so cute. For the price compared to other stays in the area, this studio was great besides the shower drain being clogged pretty badly and the lack of/incorrect check in/check out instructions.
