Beautiful Home in Complex w/Ski-In/Ski-Out Access + Shared Pool & Hot Tub/WiFi!

After a day on the mountain, you can enjoy a relaxing night in this spacious condo in front of the gas fireplace. Make a wonderful meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and then cuddle up on the couch for a movie. There is a king-size bed in the main bedroom, a king in the second bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom, and a twin in the living room. The living space includes a 55-inch flatscreen TV with a Blu-ray player and STARZ, Showtime, and HBO streaming in the living room, plus a 40-inch flatscreen TV and Blu-ray player in each bedroom. You'll also have a private washer/dryer, a full kitchen, a gas fireplace, Free WiFi, and valley and pool views. The complex enjoys ski-in/ski-out access, a complimentary ski locker, wireless internet in the common area, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tub (open seasonally throughout the year).

Base Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area, with backdoor access to Ski and Bike Granby Ranch with close access to Golf Granby Ranch. Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive. Please note that covered parking is in a shared garage and available for one vehicle.

Things to know:
*Please note: All renters must purchase a $10 day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

Parking Notes: There is a strict 1 car per condo policy. There is a parking pass for the garage located in the condo. Please use one of the dry erase markers in the unit to fill out the dates of stay. The parking permit must be displayed or the HOA will boot the car. Please ensure that the pass is left in the home upon departure or else a $50 fine will be charged for any lost or missing permits. Guests who break the one car parking rule in the Base Camp Garage will be fined $500 per car and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

We had a great stay at Granby Ranch. The condo had all the amenities. The outdoor space was fantastic, and it looks like one of the few units in the building with that size of outdoor space. Highly recommend staying there!

My family and I had a lovely time in Granby. The condo was large, clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony. We highly recommend this condo. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This place was fantastic, and a great deal in the summer. There is no AC, being a winter resort, but we were able to cool it down enough with open windows despite an unusually hot spell in the mountains. The bedrooms, baths, and kitchen were all in great shape and very clean. The view off the huge balcony was great. The amenities (pool and hot tub) were also really nice. This isn`t a privately owned apartment, so there wasn`t really any personal touch or personal interaction with the `host` in the spirit of AirBnB, but it was still a nice place to stay. Spectacular view! Enjoyed the deck and loved the spacious kitchen. Wished the bedrooms had ceiling fans and the bathrooms need better lighting but overall, we were really happy with the accommodations :) This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
