(Otherwise, the interior entries are secure and dead-bolted.)

It's 3 blocks to the beach park, with cabanas, picnic tables, and grills as well as a playground and volleyball area. You're close to Anclote Key State Park, Clearwater Beach, Caladesi Island, and St. Pete Beach.

INSIDE THE DUPLEX

Parking is available for four cars in the driveway and one in the private garage. Climb a set of outside stairs or the interior staircase to the balcony, with a grill and a table for dining in the shade of oak trees.

From the balcony, enter the rental’s open-concept layout, which wows with high vaulted ceilings and ample space.

The living area offers a plush microfiber sofa, love seat, and recliner, plus a 54” flat-screen with DVD player. This area opens to a dining table for six. The kitchen boasts an electric stove, two microwaves, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a coffee pot.

All the bedrooms are conveniently located down the same hallway. The private master bedroom features a king bed, a mirrored closet, a 42” flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second and third bedrooms both have queen beds and vaulted ceilings. The fourth bedroom sleeps five guests with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk. These bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The finished garage/game room is equipped with a washer/dryer and game tables.

This property is pet-friendly. All leases require a minimum 31-night term.

THE LOCATION

Step outside and wander the streets for an authentic taste of old Florida. Your rental is located right where the Anclote River meets the Gulf of Mexico, and world-famous Clearwater Beach is a short ride away. Some of America's most renowned beaches are within a quick drive, including Honeymoon Island, Fort De Soto Park, and Caldesia Island.

Miss Vicki's On the River is the local favorite dive bar and restaurant, complete with an indoor/outdoor tiki bar. Rusty Bellies offers to-die-for hush puppies and fantastic seafood (1.7 miles away), and Davidson's Dockside offers seafood plus breakfast, brunch, and good old-fashioned American fare just over 1 mile away. Within a short drive to Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants!
