We had a wonderful time staying at this well thought out vacation home. My youngest 3 never wanted to leave the pool. It was a great location close to parks for the fisherman and the beaches for the 20 somethings. Laundry was easy to keep up with even with all the water and fun. I also appreciate the kitchen for preparing family meals. The deck was a great escape for coffee early before chaos began. Thank you for hosting us!

This property is BARE BONES - everything is old and worn from the `plush` sofa (meaning you sink to the floor) to the kitchen supplies. It`s like they shopped at Goodwill for everything. The grill was so rusted out that one side wasn`t even usable. It boasted a heated pool, but heat was not provided and we were told by the tech and the pool cleaner that it hadn`t been working for a while. There was a broken wicker chair on the front patio - why wasn`t that removed? The games in the garage are nice to have but again, worn and old. The ping pong table is warped, the pool table didn`t have a lot of poles that actually had tips on them. This property is a on a VERY busy corner and people drive FAST - cars, trucks, bicyclists, motorcycles...and it`s LOUD - from 6 am to 10 pm. All. day. long. There is a small park and swimming beach within walking distance, but again, you risk life and limb if you walk along the busy road. The kitchen supplies were minimal. 1 old, stained cookie sheet, only 4 cereal bowls, not even a strainer in the mix, and forget about finding a sharp knife...a `starter` supply of dish soap and dishwashing detergent, paper towels and garbage bags was left for us. We bought more at the dollar store. The bedding was very thin, and we got the runaround when we asked for more blankets. The bunk room is nice, but said there was a queen under the twin, when in reality, it`s a full sized mattress. TurnKey has a call center for their customer service, and we received an automated response to most of our outreach, until we actually called and askded for a supervisor, who still couldn`t help us but assured us the `local team` would be addressing our issues. We never ONCE heard from the `Local team`. I don`t believe the `local team` has stepped foot in this house to audit the supplies since it was established as a rental. The house was great for our group of adults and kids! There is a beach and park a short walk from the house and the people at turnkey were excellent at being available to assist us with any needs that arose. We had four guys on a Tampa golf trip. Our lodging criteria was that we wanted four bedrooms. This property fit the bill. Plus: (1) Everyone had their own room; (2) it was within one hour of all of the courses we played (Westchase, World Woods, TPC Tampa Bay); (3) satellite TV. Negatives: (1) Pool was not clean; (2) not close to restaurants or bars; (3) right next to a main road. We have had a really pleasant stay in this house. We were a party of 11, 2 families with kids. The property was well equiped and there were enough beds for everyone (no sofabeds). The pool was really clean and our kids enjoyed the playing facilities in the garage. The neighbourhood is quiet, taking the car you are nearby to many activities. Location was not as advertised. No beach 1 block away. A park with swimming area was within walking distance, but along a busy road with no sidewalks. Only 1 restaurant within walking distance and it was closed for winter. Door between the 2 sides of duplex had no lock on our side. Walls were thin. Lots of noise from other side kept us up. Furniture was worn. Game room equipment was in terrible shape, almost unusable. Heater for pool was turned off when we arrived, water never got warm enough to use pool.Internet was down when we arrived. Only fixed when I called the provider myself. Rob with Turnkey management was very helpful, gave me the number to call. Tarpon Springs is a very nice town. Lots of good restaurants on the water. Great beaches 30 minute drive. City of Tampa 45 minute drive. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We needed a last second place to rent and the duplex turned out to be perfect for our family of 4. Overall we had zero complaints as it served our needs perfectly. The upstairs dryer did not dry, but we used the one downstairs. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
