• Just 30 minutes from the airport, this condo puts you at Kukui’ula Shopping Center’s upscale grocery store, restaurants, shops, galleries, and a weekly farmers market (11-minute walk). Drive to the National Tropical Botanical Gardens and Spouting Horn Park (four minutes) for hiking through native plants and to a stunning waterspout.

Project Schedule
Duration: First week of August through the end of September.

Work began on August 3 with the 09 stack (Units 109, 209, 309, and 409) and will continue sequentially through the 19 stack (Units 119, 219, 319, and 419).

If the project progresses ahead of schedule, work may also begin on the Bayside stacks (Units 101–108), including:
01 stack: Units 101, 201, 301, and 401
Through 08 stack: Units 108, 208, 308, and 408

During construction, guests may experience:
• Construction noise during daytime working hours (8am - 4pm)
• Dust and debris associated with exterior concrete repairs.

While every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, construction schedules may change due to weather or project progress.
