Upstairs, you'll find the main living space with a large sofa, a TV, and a gas fireplace, perfect for those chilly winter evenings. The well-equipped kitchen offers all the gadgets and appliances you need to cook up full meals, which you can enjoy at the adjacent dining table or out on this level's deck when the weather is nice, taking in the condo's park-like setting. • This rental is located on floor 2.
• Parking notes: There is parking for one vehicle in the garage and one vehicle in the open spaces with the required parking pass. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available. Garage is #32. A Parking pass is required and strictly enforced. A pass will be located inside the unit and must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Please return pass prior to your departure. There is a $150 replacement fee if the parking pass is not returned. Please park in the open-air lots designated "Bonne Vie Only." Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  No parking in Elkhorn Village assigned areas, please. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces.
