The group's chef will love preparing meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with all the counter space you could ever want. The main bedroom is comfortable and spacious, boasts ample storage, and an elegant en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The back porch is excellent for watching sunsets, and the firepit is perfect for telling ghost stories and watching the stars come out.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Access to the Dave Marshall Tennis & Fitness Center (including a seasonal pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and Pilates classes) is available for a nominal fee of $20/day per person or $200/week for a family of 5. (Payable on-site.) The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
