This condo at Regency of Poipu Kai gives guests access to the shared pool and hot tub, along with lush, landscaped grounds. A private entrance and patio lead outdoors, and the beach is within easy walking distance.

The neighborhood:
Poipu is Kauai's sunny South Shore, known for beach days that are simple to plan. Poipu Beach Park and Brennecke's Beach are local favorites for swimming, bodyboarding, and watching for turtles from shore. The Poipu Kai Greenbelt makes it easy to connect parts of the resort area on foot, while Old Koloa Town, restaurants, and shops are a short drive away. This is a comfortable choice for families who want a warm-water beach rhythm and conveniences nearby.

Getting around:
Lihue Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away, a pretty drive across Kauai's south shore. A rental car is recommended to reach Poipu's beaches, Koloa town's shops, and nearby dining with ease. Old Koloa Town is walkable for boutiques and restaurants, while beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site or in small lots around town.

Please be advised that the Regency AOAO will be undertaking a major project to replaster and beautify the two swimming pools on the property. During construction, there will be periods of significant noise as the contractor performs saw cutting, demolition, removal of existing plaster, and replacement of accent tiles.

Please make note of the project schedule below. The timeframes include both the construction work and the manufacturer-recommended curing period for the new plaster. To minimize the impact on residents and guests, only one pool will be closed at a time, and the Poipu Kai Pool will remain open throughout the project.

October 4 – October 23: Pool 2 (behind Regency Building 7) will be closed.
October 25 – November 20: Pool 1 (located in the center of the complex) will be closed. (*Weather Permitting)
