What a lovely property! We were so lucky to have stayed here for a trip to visit for family graduations in Eustis. Beachy beautiful decor. The cleaning was impeccable. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, so comfortable and spacious.
Location was convenient to 7-11 and walking distance to stores. Try Cousins Kolaches!
The backyard was awesome, it was private and the pool was refreshing and big. We loved the screened in porch and tiki bar.
The primary bedroom door is ill fitting, and should be replaced.
The only issue we experienced was an inoperable washer, no one’s fault just really inconvenient.
Thanks to Brittany who was so fantastic as well.

We were in town for the Bassmaster HS/Jr Series tournament on Harris Chain. This house was nearly right across the street from the Tavares Launch on Eustis and a quick drive to Venetian Gardens. With a great open layout, we had plenty of space to spread out after the boys had been on the water all day. It was clean and comfortable as well as tastefully decorated. (I don’t like places that are cluttered!) It’s also just a few minutes to the waterfront in downtown Tavares where there are several great places to eat. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
