We were in town to visit Reformation Bible College where my daughter will be attending in the fall. We're from AZ and had never been to Sanford. We found the town and this rental home to be very friendly, welcoming, inviting and comfortable. We spent time walking around the neighborhood, part of which is in the historic district with old homes and paved streets. It was very beautiful and we felt safe there. The downtown area offered things to see and do and all kinds of food options. Walking near the lake was also a big highlight. The renal itself was spacious, nicely decorated with beautiful wood ceilings and floors, had dedicated parking, outdoor living space and thing like a gas grill, washer/dryer and AC were a bonus. We will likely book this place again on future stays to visit our daughter.

I had too say, the host was incredibly with being at our becking cal with whatever we needed to make our stay comfortable.
The yard is large enough to allow our pets to roam ( clean up after them of course) but it's a fenced in yard so they can be set free to get there workout.
There's two large beds so if there's more then two people you got room for the kids .
Overall, the water is in walking distance, the night life the same it's ovall a great experience Sanford has to offer.

This was a great trip to Florida and a very pleasant stay at this home. The price was reasonable and the home is in great shape. The neighborhood is wonderful. This place is great for relaxing, yet close enough to get out and explore. The area is growing, adding new shopping and food options.
Great place to stay!
Will be back next year!
