Our stay at the lake was everything we hoped for and more. The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to the quiet water each morning was incredible — coffee on the deck quickly became our favorite ritual. The hot tub was clean and in perfect working order and our pets enjoyed the fenced in yard. The home had cozy living spaces and beds that made it easy to unwind after long days outside. We spent most of our time enjoying the lake, exploring the area, and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Check‑in was smooth, communication was clear, and everything worked exactly as expected. It was one of those trips where you don’t have to think too hard — you just show up and enjoy. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable lakeside escape.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1 Special Place! We stayed for two nights and it was the perfect location to have a low key, relaxing Bachelorette weekend! The house was clean, inviting, and decorated beautifully. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would love to return in the future with my family! I would mention, if stairs are a concern for you this might not be the best option. Leading to the front door as well as on down behind the house to the lake are several stairs. We didn't mind, but I know some might have concerns about that.
