Stayed here for New Years 2020. It was a great stay. The condo itself was adorable, bright, sunny and spotless. The kitchen was great for making breakfast and came equipped with all cooking essentials including plates, silverware, cups etc. It was nice to be able to throw a load of laundry in before leaving in the washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were comfy and clean! Short ride to everything you need in Portland.
Vacasa is a great company! We had 2 cars with us during the stay and we were unaware that there was a snow emergency put in place during our stay. As we were leaving to check out, we noticed both cars were towed due to a parking ban. We called Vacasa to tell them that we would be checking out a bit later because our cars had been towed and we needed to figure the situation out. They were so apologetic and within an hour, both cars were refunded for the tows. Very professional company that certainly takes pride in customer service!

It was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a small glitch before we arrived, but they contacted us before we arrived and took care of it immediately. The only issue we had was the bath tub drained very slow, but that was a very small inconvenience. If we ever get back to Portland, we would most definitely stay there!
Theresa, thank you for your feedback! We are happy you had a great stay! We apologize for the slow drain and have passed your comments along to our local manager to ensure the drain is cleared. We look forward to hosting you again!

A great apartment. Very modern, bright and very clean. Fabulous location.

The residence was clean, well-stocked with kitchen utensils, and generally very pleasant and roomy. A great alternative to a hotel room for a short or more extended stay.

We absolutely loved our time at this condo. Despite other reviews, we found it very quiet. We went with another couple and were concerned about sharing one bathroom, but it was very comfortable. The place was perfectly clean and had lots of amenities including shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, laundry, and detergent.
It was a very short ride to the waterfront where we took a boat trip and also had some amazing food. We decided to uber because it was only about $7 and then we didn't have to deal with parking downtown. Street parking by the condo was no problem.
I highly recommend.

A sleek, contemporary and comfortable place in a cool neighbourhood in Portland, ME. We used it as a stopping point on our road trip around New England and it was a great base for exploring the Maine coast from Cape Elizabeth through to Camden (on one longer trip), as well as investigating Portland city itself - shopping, schooner trip, eating out. It's one cool city, foodie, trendy, industrially-chic - and thankfully, in the middle of a heatwave, the apartment was air-conditioned too.

Unit was clean, decently furnished, and precisely as advertised. Parking was easy. Loved the East End location - away from the crowds of Old Port but also a quick walk or drive if we wanted it.

Perfect spot for a week in Portland for a wedding.

Linda :)

This is a great place. We loved the location. Super clean. One suggestion is to add lamps in the bedrooms.

I was so happy with my stay at the East Ender! It was so convenient to down town and we had a gorgeous view of the water from the front door! What really stood out was the cleanliness. It was spotless! I also enjoyed how beautifully the apartment was decorated. Very close to Whole Foods as well which worked out great! I would definitely stay at the East Ender again on my next trip to Portland!

The park within walking distance was lovely. Will visit again!

We stayed 3 nights in the East Ender. This was our first visit to Portland and we picked the perfect location for us. Close to the water and within walking distance to one of our favorite eating spots we found in Portland (The Front Porch). The apartment was furnished beautifully and had an abundant amount of towels which we greatly appreciated. The beds are extremely firm which took a bit of getting used to and we would recommend lamps next to the bed (super minor things which a 3 night stay revealed). We appreciated the kitchen items left (coffee filters, salt & pepper, sugar, etc) and we left a few ourselves. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Portland.

What a delightful apartment! Clean, modern and plenty of space for the two of us. The location in the center of the peninsula, at the East Promenade, made it perfect for walking, whether to Casco Bay or to Washington Ave for a breakfast at a pottery cafe, or two blocks from a restaurant with delightful service and good food on Congress. There were other restaurants in a short distance that we will have to try next time (Portland is a city for foodies.)
The apartment is up a flight of stairs and in a house with two other apartments. It has two bedrooms, one bath, a nicely appointed kitchen, and a small living room. Television allowed us to relax on the one rainy day, and wifi was convenient. Being in an older home, I can see where noisy neighbors either in the building or across the very small yard might be a concern, but we saw(heard) none of that.
Parking on the street was only a minor inconvenience...we always found parking within the block. Having a washer and dryer allowed us to travel with just carry-on suitcases.
Definitely will try to re-book in our next visit to Maine.

Great location, very clean and quiet

Lovely apartment, would be cramped for 4 adults as there is only a small sofa, but was ideal for 2 of us, quite hilly coming back from old port but a lovely area.

The unit is incredibly sleek, convenient to everything, and was a really great place for our family to live in for a few days. We wish we were going back to a place that looks this great!

Newly remodeled condo in Portland. Very well maintained and decorated with everything you need. Both bedrooms quite large and accommodated our family of four. Kitchen and full amenities for our stay. Living room area a bit small but we were out and about so was not a problem.
Location is close to a nice park overlooking a beautiful bay with boats. Downtown area and shopping is a short drive but a couple bakeries and restaurants right down the street.

Great location and excellent accommodations. We would definitely come back.

unit was like brand new, very clean, modern and in a great location; very comfortable and air conditioning units were a plus in the unseasonal high 80s weather!

We had a fantastic time staying at this apartment. Located so that we could enjoy the promenade and downtown with little walking. I agree with prior reports of firm beds. My husband and I took a mattress topper with us and with that addition we slept very well.

This place is in a great spot and there are many updates. Only thing to mention is the beds are hard, but if you like that it shouldn't be an issue.
