The second car would have to park in the city public parking areas listed below or at overflow parking locations provided by the onsite office. You must purchase your own parking pass from the Association Office onsite. The cost of the parking pass is $25.00.( HOA only accepts cash.) Please hang the parking pass from the mirror in your vehicle immediately or it may be towed at your expense. Parking for oversized vehicles, boats, RVs, or buses is not available.

AFTER HOURS: If you arrive after hours, please put a note on the car's dash stating you arrived after hours, plus your condo number and cell phone number. Visit the HOA office first thing in the morning and purchase your parking pass.
