This home is a 1/4 mile from Cannonball Park, a village green that is routinely decorated by the town for holidays. Across from the park is the library and school playground. Edgartown Golf Club is less than 1/4 mile away, a great place for morning walks. Three-quarters of a mile east you find Edgartown’s Main Street and downtown, including the wharf, harbor, shopping, restaurants, and the Chappaquiddick Ferry. Oak Bluffs downtown and ferry dock are only 6.5 miles away. Take the scenic Beach Road and go over the famous Jaws Bridge only 3 miles away! Vineyard Haven is just over 7.5 miles via the inland route. Be sure to stop at Island Alpaca a half mile past the rotary – a fun place for everyone!
