This rustic condo is the perfect escape for your Angel Fire vacation. Start your day with a cup of coffee out on the balcony with the gorgeous forest views. After a long and active day, cook up a dinner in the full kitchen then curl up on the couch with a movie on the flatscreen TV as the gas fireplace keeps you nice and warm.
What's nearby: A short half mile drive will take you to the base of Angel Fire Resort, where you can strap on your skis and conquer the slopes. When the snow melts, pack your clubs and drive two and a half miles to Angel Fire Resort Golf Course to walk the greens. During the summer, fish or kayak at Monte Verde Lake which is a brief three and a half-mile drive south.

This condo is conveniently located and is very clean. It has a 70's or 80's feel to it and could use some updates that would most likely raise the rates. As it is, it is reasonably priced. It is on the third floor and is reached by stairs so if you're not up for that, maybe consider somewhere else. Vacasa said there wasn't a laundry on site but there was a room near where the stairway on the ground floor with 2 washers and dryers. The door was open but there was a coded entry lock so I wasn't clear if the machines were open to everyone or not. Overall a clean, quiet, reasonable place to stay.

In terms of price and location this can't really be beat. It was very reasonable and only a 5 minute walk to the main chairlift!
We were comfortable here for a week - it's a cozy apartment in good proximity to what you're there for.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars are a few things that it didn't have:
- There were only 4 glasses in the kitchen, and 1 wine glass. So for 4 adults it was a lot of constant washing to keep glasses clean and usable.
- There were no dishwasher tablets, so we had to go out and buy our own.
- We could not get the fireplace to work, even after reading the instructions thoroughly.
- The beds were all very hard, and bouncy whenever someone moved.
Other than that though, we had a great stay and it was what we needed at the price!

This is a very spacious condo. It is in a great location and is a great value. It is a typical Angel Fire condo, and has not been updated. But we found it clean, quiet, and enjoyed our stay.
I have given it 4 instead of 5 stars because:
1) The gas fireplace was not easy to operate. We called for assistance, and the main help desk was very kind. But the local person did not reach out. And then we decided we were fine without it. But it would have been fun to have.
2) There are few outlets in the condo, so the back bedroom does not have any reading lights near the beds.
3) There was only one extra blanket, and the nights were getting quite chilly.
I would stay there again, but bring my own reading lights and blankets.

This place was dirty, greasy pans left water heater was not on no hot water, was not vacuumed. Honestly checked out after one night, over priced. Stay away from this condo.
