It’s been on my list to re-visit the area (I was a property manager along Blue Mountain-Seaside-Seagrove-Carillon corridor for 5 years...in the late ‘90s.). This unit was very classy at a reasonable cost. I liked that, in these COVID times, the unit was accessed directly on the ground level (no hallways/elevators). Perfect back deck for viewing the lake. Walks in the neighborhood were entertaining and proved photogenic for an amateur photographer. Will be recommending it for my traveling friends.

This unit is perfect for 2. It's well stocked with nice kitchen necessities and beautifully decorated. The TVs have an insane picture with the luxury of Netflix and Hulu. Well lit inside, HVAC works well, shower pressure was perfect and water stayed hot! The patio overlooks the lake which is so pleasant in the mornings and evenings. The beach is a 7-10 minute walk. I don't recommend it for someone who isn't able to walk easily to the beach. There is no way to drive back to the beach access points, (there are 7!) Without a golf cart or bikes. The golf cart at the Inn isn't running due to covid. They used to provide shuttle service.
We didn't mind walking, the homes in the community are so lovely.
Carillon has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Tucked nicely between Panama City attractions and 30A luxury coastal communities. It's safe and quiet. I will definitely be back and will rent this specific unit again. 1st floor easy in and out. NO closed hallways or elevators to deal with. Easy to social distance at this place!

Loved the neighborhood this unit was in. Right on a lake, lots of giant pools nearby, quick walk through the beautiful neighborhood to a calm, nice beach and beachfront pool. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Had two smart tvs, comfy bed, big bathroom and a good mini kitchen for meals. Liked that it was a ground floor unit so that we could avoid people and common spaces during covid. The back deck was so nice to sit out on. Great location near some cute shops and restaurants and quick drive over to the heart of PCB. There was nothing about this unit that we did not like!

The condo was very nice and upscale. The staff was very helpful and willing to always help. The staff went out of their way to wish my wife and I a happy honeymoon and ensured that we were taken care of for the duration of our star. The location was convenient with not as busy beaches and a short drive to Panama City! I would strongly recommend this place as your selection to stay with your family and friends. I will be back!

My husband and I stayed for a short visit. We got breakfast at the Little Beach Cafe every morning, went for long walks and enjoyed the scenery, lunch at Grat-i-fy was delicious! We just had a very relaxing time!
