Mainsail 122 boasts spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding area from the spacious balcony. With a King-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin-size beds in the guest bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area, this unit sleeps up to six guests comfortably. The master bedroom features elegant hardwood floors and tasteful décor along with a large flat-screen television with cable. It leads into the gorgeous master bathroom which includes a large walk-in tiled shower, a double vanity with granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space. The coastal-themed guest bedroom features a flat-screen television with cable. There is a second bath near the guest bedroom that features a single vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The fully-equipped, capacious kitchen features a tile backsplash along with granite countertops and opens up into the dining and living area. The living room includes plenty of seating, a large flat-screen HD television and an audio system. Take advantage of free DVD rentals during your stay as well. We usually stay in a house but this time we were visiting friends who owned one of these and we had such a blast! The space was great for us and three kids. Would definitely book again!

Everything was as pictured. Air conditioning worked great, room is right off the elevator which was nice. Just a short one minute walk to beach. Our only minor issue was there was no comforter or quilt for the king bed. Just a sheet. That was strange.

Room 1122 at the Mainsail in Miramar was absolutely wonderful! The condo was very nice and comfortable. Our view of the beach was beautiful. The amenities were perfect for a girls trip that consisted of 3 generations ranging from 11 to 70 years old. There were plenty of elevators available and were rarely crowded. If they were, the two flights of stairs were definitely manageable in order to avoid any coronavirus exposures. Beach service that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella was very nice to have but get there early or they go quick. Destin is just a short drive away but staying in Miramar is much less crowded and more peaceful. I highly recommend this condo!!

The home was wonderful! It was nice, clean, convenient to the beach and pool. However, the service was horrible. I understand that in this day of COVID that some things may have changed. I tried to call several days in advance to see if there was a bell desk because we didn’t have check in until 4. The hold times were over two hours most times. The company texted me the day before and said to reply to the text if I needed anything. I immediately replied with my question. I received an answer back 36 hours later. We had problems finding the condo. It is listed at 1122. There are not 11 floors. What they meant was, building 1, condo #122. And when we called the number to find the condo we were on hold 45 minutes, and that was with pressing the numbers saying we were currently in the condo and needed help. If there had been a problem with the door code to get in we would have had the same wait time. We only saw someone in the office 1 day so we couldn’t get anyone to answer questions. There needs to be more staff available to answer questions and supply support. While I loved the condo and location, I am highly unlikely to book with this company again, so only 3 stars.
