Look no further than this two bedroom, two bath vacation rental. This Gulf Front condo serves up unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and its stunning white shoreline. Relax on your private spacious balcony and let all your worries drift away. you'll find spacious accommodations for up to six people, a washer/dryer, full kitchen with everything needed to create and enjoy a savory meal. The master bedroom has stunning gulf views as well and a beautiful King bed to relax in. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and if you need extra space, you'll find a queen sleeper sofa in the main living space.

Parking Notes: Open parking. Display Parking pass on left hand of dashboard. Parking passes found in unit. There is a 2 vehicle limit per unit

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Lazy Days Beach Service Call-to-Activate Procedure:
- Call 850-698-0928 to have your chairs and umbrellas delivered promptly
- Beach chairs and umbrellas will be delivered upon request. All equipment is disinfected before and after every use.
- Beach chair and umbrella delivery times are contingent on the Fish and Wild Life Commission. They are the generous individuals who survey the beach every morning for any indication of Sea Turtle nesting. Once they finish surveying the beaches, ONLY then are we permitted to set up chairs and umbrellas. If you spot a sea turtle nest that has not been roped off or a sea turtle or hatchlings that need assistance, please call the FWC immediately at 888-404-3902.
- In case of severe weather or excessive winds about 15mph, umbrellas will not be put out until the conditions are considered safe to set up umbrellas.
- When you are done with your chairs and umbrella for the day or if high winds or inclement weather is imminent please close the umbrella and pick up any personal belongings and trash that may remain. Leave only your footprints.
- The attendant will pick up chairs and umbrellas at 4:00 pm ONLY if there is no indication of use. (i.e. umbrella down, no towels on chairs, no belongings in or within the vicinity of chairs) otherwise, the beach attendant will not pick up occupied sets until 5:00 pm.
**If you cannot reach anyone, all you have to do is pick a chair, as long as it is not reserved, and the attendant will come around and check with you and all you have to do is tell them which unit you are in and that you are with Vacasa. Thanks!

It was an awesome view with a surprise fly by from the blue angels....
Saw dolphins playing in water was nice.surprise too
Codes are easy to use..that was a blessing
Front door has to be slammed shut or ot wont close
Little outdated but thats expected
Few other items.of.concern left message with vacasa no call back..that was a bummer
No laundry soap to start washer
Bring own salt n pepper n sugar if needed

This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. We do not include any food items such as spices or oils. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your time with us. We sincerely apologize for the poor correspondence during your stay and any inconvenience this had caused. We visited this condo in the winter and it was very nice to have an outdoor heated pool and hot tub available. The condo was pretty well stocked in the kitchen. The only negative is the front door had to be pulled shut pretty hard to close and the latch lock inside didn't fully lock.

Nice and clean. Great views. Appliances need updated. Kitchen countertops need updated. The gate code and building code was different than what we were given so we could not get in!!! Another guest had to tell us the code. Heated pool was a great feature. Gym was nice.

All in all the trip was a success. The sands were white the ocean was crystal clear. It wasn’t too hot. We stayed a week. The view from this condo was AMAzing!! It is close to shopping and bars and restaurants..
The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because, The condo could use a little updating. The baseboards were kind of worn and molded in spots. It just needs a little TLC. The beds were comfy and the condo was clean. We really enjoyed it!
There were several places right across the street to eat! The Bistro was our favorite breakfast place, Side-liners was down a little further but the best for lunch, and by far our favorite dinner was at The Grand Marlin! Thank you for sharing your condo with us and we hope to be back!!
