Absolutely loved this 2 bedroom condo on the beach! Was in town for the Sun Belt Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament and the condo was in a great location; only 10 minutes away from the arena. Great view of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to the beach. It was great having the washer and dryer in the unit. Some of the cooking pans in the kitchen may need replacing and maybe some new cooking utensils. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Last year we stayed at 1102 Perdido Key facility this property was a 9 of 10, very nice updated condo. This year at Emerald the overall facility is a 7 of 10 and the Condo a 4. The Condo was very clean however, needs updated -kitchen cabinets doors were damaged - counter tops missing tiles - pots & pans well worn - gray carpet needs steam cleaning - light dimmer switches replaced. To end on a positive note, the location is excellent - great pool - beach access great - restaurants fantastic. I would come back again to a different unit.

The place was very clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the ice machine was a nice thing to have. We highly recommend this unit.
