This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes large patio doors in the living room leading to a private patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this fashionable and suave vacation rental unit include a full-size refrigerator, stove, and oven, microwave, dishwasher, along with all dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath includes a walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.

Parking Notes: The parking space for this unit is 106. Only one vehicle has garage parking and only one vehicle is allowed for this unit. The outside top parking area is first come first serve. The lot in front of Lillians with Windemere signs on it is for over flow parking. Overflow parking is not for extra vehicles, only one car is allowed for this unit. Parking is limited, and guests may need to seek additional parking off property during busy seasons. Parking is strict, please make sure to park in your assigned spot not in someone else's assigned spot. Second level parking garage gate: #2927
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

The views are everything that I was hoping for. The condo is in desperate need of TLC. The furniture is dirty and outdated. Floors and baseboards were dirty. Some outlets were nonfunctional. I will book through Vacasa again but definitely not at this condo.

Can't go wrong with the view, but the room was just nasty. All of the furniture was old and stained. One of the kitchen pots had burnt food in it put up in the cabinet. Smelled like wet dog which we think was the nasty area rug in the living area. Needed fresh paint, rug, light bulbs, pots. Won't be staying at this unit again.

The good news, is that the rusted and unsafe patio furniture mentioned in previous reviews has been replaced. The bunk beds and king mattress were comfortable.
For the bad news, the rest of the unit is, to be blunt, extremely neglected. The exterior doors need a new coat of paint. And this has nothing to do with salt air. The other units on the same floor were fine. The dining room chairs, sofa and living room chairs are stained to the point of needing to be professionally cleaned at the very least or better yet, replaced. The sleeper sofa is not fit to sleep on so we bought an inflatable air mattress. The bar lighting and some outlets did not work. The coffee pot and blender both needed to be cleaned before use. The shower curtain is moldy and the door between the two bathrooms will not close. If the owner would invest on paint, updating the furniture and buying some replacement fixtures it would be a nice place to stay.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and the condo was just what we were looking for. There was plenty of room for a few more people. Parking & check-in were very easy. The only downside was the construction that started around 7:30 every morning. Definitely recommend!
We are sorry that the construction on some hurricane repairs started so early. Regrettably, those things are out of our control. We are happy to hear you otherwise enjoyed your stay. We look forward to hosting you again soon.

We loved the view and the indoor space was just enough for 4 girls. The Outdoor space was ok but only had two chairs. Both chairs were also really rusty and wobbly. We like to cook and the pans need to be updated.

For my small family it was a great place to stay the only complaints that I have are the bar lights didn’t work there was one plug in that didn’t work and the patio chairs need to be updated but will definitely stay there again

We enjoyed this condos location. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it had a nice layout. The balcony furniture though was rusted and wobbly.
