Cozy, dog-friendly getaway, one block from the beach & ocean!

Listen to the surf on a quiet night from this cozy Lincoln City vacation rental. Room for up to six guests (plus two dogs!) along with all the comforts of home like WiFi, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer, will keep you booking this home annually.

With the beach only one block away, most of your fantastic time here will be spent digging your toes into the sand and all-around relaxing while feeling the sun warm your face on those rare but incredible sunny days. Walk down to the park, or to eateries and grocery stores for meal ingredient. This house has four parking spots available - two in the garage and two in the driveway - so there is ample room for vehicles.

This cozy home is filled with comfortable furnishings, big bright windows, and an open floor plan for maximum quality time with your travel companions. The living room offers plenty of seating space on the futon and sofas, great for afternoon snoozes, catching up with loved ones while enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace, and watching movies on the flatscreen TV (cable and a DVD player are attached).

Behind the living room is a full kitchen complete with major appliances, plus a coffeemaker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, mixer, and dishwasher. A dining room table for six with comfortably upholstered chairs sits adjacent to the kitchen for family meals and card games.

Down the hallway in the back of the house, the master bedroom features an inviting king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

With two twin beds (one of which is a trundle bed), the second bedroom is great for the kids, and guests staying in this bedroom can use the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo located down the hall, next to the laundry room. Add in the futon in the living room, and all six guests (four adults maximum) can rest easy each night.

Kids and dogs alike will love running and playing in the grassy backyard after a filling picnic-style meal. Please note up to two dogs are welcome but that there is a nightly pet fee.

The best beach access is about three blocks away from this house! Rent paddleboards and kayaks, learn to surf, beachcomb, and have a little friendly competition building sandcastles. Book a horseback ride through the gorgeous coast trails, or hike around to find the best ocean view. For more fun, go boating or fishing on Devils Lake, take the kids to play mini golf at the All American Putt N Bat, or take a glass-blowing class!

The Chinook Winds Casino is less than a mile north of you for entertainment and a little gambling. In town you will find a surprising variety of restaurants, ranging from casual fare at J's Fish and Chips to more upscale dining at The Blackfish Cafe. Go souvenir shopping at the stores that line Highway 101, or hit the outlet mall for an afternoon of bargain hunting. And don't forget to bring a basketball to play a pick-up game while the kids climb and slide on the playground down the street.

For an unforgettable getaway with all the comforts of home, bring your family or friends to this Northern Oregon Coast vacation rental.

We loved the homey feel and how close to the beach it was. The park outside our door was perfect for my 7 year old granddaughter. There was plenty of towels and toiletries and the gas fireplace was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. The only thing missing was an iron(which I bought at Goodwill and left for others to use) It was a our first rental house for a vacation and will do it again.

Smelled like wet dog and the place was dirty
Manager response:
We have cleaned the carpets which has helped with this enormously. Thank you!

A pleasant home, with garage availability, and dog friendly. There is a playground for younger kids across the street, but a lot of traffic from Hotel. Nicely shielded by shrubs, so people aren't looking in at you as they go by.

If you’re vacation is rained out, go to the Community Center just a half a mile away off 101. Great staff and clean pool. They have a hig-dive, a fun slide and a rope-swing. If you’re looking for dinner at Kyllos and it’s packed, try the Mist restaurant. They were really good and there was plenty of parking, no wait and even had a live band. Very friendly staff and the food was great and a little less expensive than Kyllos (which is where we usually where we go but it was packed). Also it’s less than a block away from this house!! This was a great house, we’d love to come back again!

The house was very nice. Really clean, except for the carpet. The one draw back was that there is no outdoor space where a person could just spend some time relaxing out side. The walk to the beach was easy and short.

our family of 6 have stayed at this house twice, once for 2 nights and once for 4...this place is okay for a night or two but for anything longer than that, things become annoying--namely the plugs..the plugs in the master bath don't work at all, and most of the other plugs throughout the house are loose and won't hold a plug in it. Our kids were hovered around one plug and had to keep sharing the charger!
I also emailed prior to our visit, this time, asking if they could be sure the gas was filled for the grill and also to see if they had fixed the master bedroom window screen...they sure fixed it! They removed the whole screen making it so we either couldn't open the window, or allow the bedroom to become a spider haven-I'll let you figure out which one happened. Also, absolutely no response from the rental manager, at all, and no gas. We almost slept on the floor the last night, as we thought it might be more comfortable than the master bed...ugh.
Also, the housekeeper should be able to look at the registration and see that we're a family go 6 staying for 4 nights. We need more than one dishwasher tab! Don't ask us to start a load of laundry or start the dishwasher but don't leave us enough supplies to do so! Obviously we're going to do more than one load of dishes! Not to mention the cleaning fee that you charge!
Like I said, if you want to come and hit the outlet mall or casino for a night or two, this is your place-pretty close beach access and the price isn't horrible for what it is. Four nights is too long here....
Manager response:
Maintenance will take a look at the outlets to see what can be done. We apologize for the low propane tank and low supply of dishwasher tabs. Had the guest notified us we would have been able to rectify the problem. We will remind housekeeping to ensure these items are correctly stocked.

While the house was located as described, about 3 blocks from the beach, and while we did enjoy the eclipse.. I found myself apologizing for the state of the place. The pictures are misleading, someone needs to wash and stretch the carpet, oh...and maybe put a legitimate futon mattress on the futon and consider some real thought into the kitchen. I don't mind a little '80s style, but seriously mismatched furniture and worn out non-stick frying pans and a motley assortment of cooking implements...why not simply offer a complete set of cooking tools?! This place was furnished from Goodwill (which has relocated and is AWESOME!) . This would be a great place to 'crash' for a binge weekend, but not a place to come and relax in any semblance of comfort. Very cheap appliances. It was thoughtful of Vacasa to leave a complimentary branded bag complete with a roll of paper towels and 4 dishwasher detergent tabs. We used all the detergent pre-washing all the mismatched dishes and plastic drinking vessels. Seriously, this is what I have come to expect from 48 years visiting the Oregon Coast (a little shabby) but at the price I paid, ZERO value.

This house was a lovely stay. The location was just right, we were able to get to the beach in a just a few blocks, and close enough to the main highway and stores and shops. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed, the kitchen was well-stocked. The washer and dryer is a nice feature. The playground and basketball courts across the way was nice for the kids.

This little beach house was cute and clean with ocean views and quick access to the beach 3 blocks away. You have easy access to downtown within driving distance if you're not up to the hilly walk. There is a little public park across the street with a little climbing area, basketball hoops and lawn area. This came in handy since we have an active dog who needed to play fetch a lot. Yes, Captain Bill's is pet friendly! The house is on a blind corner, so keep an eye on those pets and kids. Great place to stay, I would stay here again.

One bad experience out of 9 isn't bad.

A good place to stay.
Tammy B. Jul 2016
The house is nice as a base to launch out to visit the town, restaurants and beach. You do have to walk a few blocks to get the beach. There is no view from the house.
David N. Jul 2016
It's a nice place close to the beach n rite next to the casino nice area

This was my first time using the Vacasa service and so I was a little nervous. But when I arrived everything was just as it was described on the website. Only better. We always use hotels but after this experience, we will probably consider this service more often. The house was great. A block from the beach. Great location. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchenware. It was great being able to pull our car in the garage. Just wonderful! I will stay there on all future visits to Oregon.
Manager response:
We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for your suggestions and we look forward to seeing you again.
