The kids will love exploring all the sights, sounds, and delights of downtown Breckenridge, and you'll have a blast experiencing the downtown nightlife. When you're not skiing the spectacular winter slopes, spend some time in the shared hot tub or at the community gym for a terrific workout. Dinner parties are a joy to prepare for with the full kitchen's cookware and appliances. Break out the good wine from Continental Divide Winery (just down the street) then serve everyone your masterpiece over the handsome dining table. Wrap up an evening with a little stargazing with some hot cocoa out on the private balcony then snuggle up with a favorite novel in the main bedroom's king-size bed and read yourself into a peaceful slumber.

When you need an après-ski meal, get a bite to eat at places like The Canteen Tap House and Tavern, Downstairs At Eric's, and Flip Side Breckenridge. Such a warm and comfortable environment for some time away. We had everything we needed (and more) to cook meals when we wanted, and were also in walking distance of any kind of food or drink we might want to go out for. Easy access to shopping, coffee shops, etc.

Great space for family or friends, with all the details attended to. Enjoyed eating out on the balcony and seeing the mountains with our morning coffee. Couldn't ask for a better location or more comfortable place to call home-away-from-home for a few days.

Nice facility and view from this unit. Clean and 4 bedroom with plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen and family room are great for gatherings and great views.

Loved every minute of our stay there and would highly recommend this condo. Perfect location and great view of the breck village... my family loved it and were sad to leave!

Full disclosure - this condo is owned by a family member who is kind enough to let us stay for free!

We love it here! Once you park you dpnr have to get back in your car if you dont want to. Everything is within walking distance. 1.5 miles to the Gondola, .6 miles to the Troll - close to the shops and overlooks the pool. Therefore it does get a little noisy sometime as people are passing below to get to where they are going and the kids yelling at the pool is noisy, but not a big deal.

The condo itself if very spacious and comfortable. Note no air condition, but we were there in July and it never got above 80 all week. Cools down to 50 at night.

Nice to have the option to cook meals, can do laundry, etc. Or just walk downtown and do some shopping and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Only downsides - you only get ONE parking spot, so if you have a couple families in this condo - since it is 4 bedroom - they have to park and pay $25 a night to park at the Ice Rink that is closest (.5 mile wall back).

Otherwise, the family keeps puzzles and some games in the condo you can use and has all the pots/pans and cooking utensils you need - including a blender, crockpot, griddle and hand-mixer.

This unit is one of the easiest to get to with a staircase just outside the unit door to take you outside.

Would recommend and will visit again.

We would have liked more than one skillet and preferably non-stick skillets. The only other problem was the parking garage gate would not open when exiting. My wife had to get out and hold up the arm while I drove under it.
