This family-friendly condo is located on the seventh floor, and therefore grants marvelous and unparalleled ocean and beach views from all the windows and especially the furnished balcony. Wood-look tile is everywhere in this condo, allowing guests to stay cool with no carpet in sight. Central air conditioning will also help everyone stay comfortable. This balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your daily cup of steamy coffee or some snacks at night while you listen to the waves crash on the shore.

The built-in wall desk is perfect for completing remote work or schooling before visiting the beautiful Emerald Coast. Let the group unwind in the living area and watch a fun movie on the mounted 55-inch flatscreen SmartTV while you treat them to delicious snacks or even a full-course meal thanks to the fully equipped kitchen - it features all modern stainless steel appliances (and beautiful granite countertops) you need to create memorable meals.
If you'd like to have a barbecue during your stay, you can use any of the several shared gas grills available in the complex. Guests will have unlimited access to great shared amenities, such as an outdoor heated pool (heated all year round), hot tub, and even a fitness center. There are two walkways that take you directly to the beach, and each has a shower and spray-off area for your body, feet, and toys.
With an unbeatable location right on the beach, the free beach service provided (two beach chairs and one umbrella) will work wonders for you! If cooking isn't really your forte, there's no need to worry - there are a plethora of nearby restaurants such as Merlins Pizza, Mary's Kitchen, The Back Porch, Waffle House, and so much more. A WalMart SuperCenter is less than a mile to the east, and both a Publix Grocery and a Whole Foods Market are within two-and-a-half miles to the east. The number one attraction here is the beach, of course. But roughly 150 yards north is The Track - Destin. This is the perfect place to go if you're traveling with kids; this amusement park offers go-karts, mini-golf, kiddie rides, bumper cars, and more. One and a half miles east is the Henderson Beach State Park, which is a great option if you'd like to try something other than swimming and sunbathing. Here you can ride bikes through scenic trails, try your luck at fishing, enjoy hiking, or treat your friends to a fun picnic experience.

*Please note that the maintenance team cleans commonly used items at least every three hours. These include door handles, gates, elevator keypads, etc..
Please note that there is an amenity fee per person (5 years old and up) of $5.00 plus tax paid to the HOA directly on the property at the time of your arrival and check in to register with the HOA. Also note that beach towels are not provided.

Parking Notes: Sterling Sands has open parking in the outside lot. You will need to check-in at the HOA office at the west end of the parking garage to register your vehicle, and obtain a parking pass. If you check-in after hours, please go to the HOA office the next morning to register your vehicle. They do not allow trailers, campers, or anything of that nature on the property unless it fits into a parking space and only during non-peak times. At the time of check-in, guests will pay $5.00 (plus tax)/any person over five (5) years old in their party to cover parking pass and pool bands for the property. One (1) pass per efficiency; two (2) passes per two-bedroom unit; three (3) passes per three-bedroom unit.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Water Access: Beach/Pool access is located in the middle of the parking garage or the East and West end of the property with key code entrances.
