Teton Shadows was a great location for our Yellowstone and Grand Teton trip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and they leave things from previous stays (I’ve stayed some places that don’t even have salt and pepper). The room descriptions could be better, I.e. upstairs bedrooms queen bed and 2 twin beds, full bathroom with tub/shower; downstairs king bed, tv in room, full bath with shower only, laundry in bathroom.

The condo is in desperate need of updates. The cleaning fee is outrageously expensive.i would not recommend this condo to anyone.

The property was clean & ready for our arrival. We have stayed in Teton Shadows over 10 times & in the St John C unit at least 5 times. The new keypad entry this year was especially convenient so we didn't have to worry about passing keys around. The only downside to our time in Wyoming was the smoky conditions - which, of course, was not the fault of the Teton Shadows property. We still enjoyed our stay & had several clear days for hiking our favorite trails. And, of course, we enjoyed the great restaurants in Jackson!

Great location, north of town in a quiet area--easy access to National Parks. (Be sure to check out the 'back road' into Jackson--Spring Gulch Rd.) Friendly neighbors. We especially enjoyed eatting dinner on the deck in the evenings--were visited twice by deer. Condo was clean and very well equipped. Management folks had provided lots of supplies and many extras--made us feel very welcome. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Super well equipped condo- albeit not optimal views from deck— someone had to buy the backside units. There were some transient irritations, from disparity of listing vs street signs for arrival, and full in reconstruction of units beside and indeed on roof overhead, that on occasion left mgmt staff brusque. But Kathyvand her staff more than made up for these things beyond their control, and they deserve more business.

The unit has a nice arrangement, especially after taking in the garage. Although roofers were working on the condo and the adjacent condo, they were not to disruptive and the owners gave us a small but appropriate refund for the inconvenience. The area was in a good spot, close to Jackson, Teton Village, and the Jackson Airport. It was basically a mile from the main highway to Jackson (south) or GTNP and Yellowstone. The unit was clean and functional for us and could sleep 8 in beds with the pullout. In general, the unit needs to be updated and it looks a bit tired. Not sure why there is a student computer desk in the primary bedroom. Basically, it needs to be updated throughout but is otherwise fine.

My family and I had a great time in Jackson Hole. St John - C offered us a lot of convenience to downtown and the Nat'l park. The condo was clean and well furnished. My only wish would be that the sofa in living room be a sofa bed.

Nice large unit. Very quite complex literally feet from national park land. Very close to the airport but flight noise is not a problem. Jackson about 7 miles but not a problem to get there. Twin and queen bedrooms upstairs and king downstairs. Homelike setting. Large living, dining and kitchen with nice patio w/ table in grill.

We have stayed in several of the condos in Teton Shadows. We chose this unit because of its first floor bedroom, which we needed for my mother who has some mobility problems. It worked out well, though she had an issue with the small first floor bathroom's shower. The location is great. The unit could use some updating, especially the carpet. But, we were out so much, we hardly noticed. We had everything we needed.

This place was a great place to celebrate Christmas with our Adult kids from all over the country. The accommodations were very comfortable and supplied all we needed for a home away from home for a week. The condo was very well supplied and comfortable as a nice hote, 35 minutes to Teton Village to ski. enjoyed cooking in a home like place, and being very close to town to go out to many places to eat.

We have stayed at Teton Shadows multiple times. Access to GTNP & to Jackson is great from this property. Kathy from Mountain Property Management is responsive to any requests we make. Get ready for 'sticker shock' if you have not stayed in Jackson area before - condo rental prices are higher than comparable properties in Hawaii or Florida by 50%!! Same goes for property in general in Teton County. We love the area, so pay the prices. The owners at Teton Shadows apparently have been debating the need to upgrade the water supply system - they waited too long!! We had 3 nights/mornings with no water so had to drive to the airport to use the bathrooms & into Jackson for breakfast. MPM did provide a partial night's credit for our inconvenience. Specific to St. John C - it has new flooring in kitchen & bathrooms, but the carpeting is old & very badly stained. Also, MPM apparently doesn't have approval to fix problems like a kitchen faucet that doesn't work properly - it was in bad shape during 2014 stay & still was not fixed Aug 2015. Other minor maintenance items need attention - but in general, St. John C is comfortably furnished & the location is great.

I have stayed at Teton Shadows for over 30 years. This is by far the worst unit I have ever stayed in. It has not been updated since construction in the mid 80's and it shows. Cabinets are old and non-functional, and windows are faulty and inoperable. Kitchen really poor and refrigerator unacceptable in terms of small size and poor quality. Carpet stained and old. Honestly, it looks like the owner just does not care. Find another place to rent!

We had 2 couples - with the arrangement in St. John C with the large bedroom downstairs with private bath, it provides a lot of privacy. It was almost like having 2 separate units with a shared kitchen. Very convenient! Maintenance & cleaning was very good. Kathy, the MPM contact was great when we ask for a few additional items for the kitchen. Teton Shadows is a great location for access to the NP trails. The only downside is the airport being nearby - sometimes the noise was intrusive early in the morning (7am) & into the evening, although the airport isn't really that busy so not a major problem in our view.

Very pleasant overall. Spacious, well equipped condo. Property managers responded immediately to any requests. As I told Kathty though, I wouldn't piicture the garage in the ad since that is not available to renters (turned into another BR I was tolld). In addition to a couple of mehchanial issues, I would suggest the owsner have the carpets cleaned.

It is hard to answer the clean questions. Generally the condo was clean and in great shape. The floors were dirty and had sticky spots. I had to wipe the spots in order to not stick to the floor. We were happy with the condo and would recommend it but would like to know the floors were clean if we rent it again. thank you. We love Jackson Hole
