This immaculate, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has been comfortably furnished with bright, beachy colors and quality decor. The spacious, open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen (with new appliances), a dining area, and a cozy living room that opens to a furnished balcony with partial views of the bay. Additional luxuries include four TVs, a DVD player, a full-size washer/dryer, a soaking tub in the master bathroom, central AC, an elevator in the building, and parking for two cars.
Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location that's central to all this resort town has to offer. This private, 37-acre island sits only three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. Facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more - all just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk and world-class golf.

A building registration fee of $82.50 gets you six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person, per week.
Some community amenities may not be open or available due to community COVID restrictions. Vacasa does not manage community amenities and has no control over their opening, closing, or restriction requirements.
Parking Notes: Parking permits are required at Sunset Island and you will receive the appropriate passes in your check-in packet. You will receive one green pass for an assigned spot in the parking garage and one yellow (clamshell) pass that allows street side parking in the community. Vehicles with this clamshell parking pass must park with the flow of traffic and within the clamshell beds. Any deviation is a parking violation and will be subject to ticketing and towing.
One additional clamshell parking pass may be purchased from the Sunset Island Management Office for one week at a time, passes are limited based on space for the clamshell areas throughout the community. Clamshell parking only (yellow) is $70.00 and limited to 1 extra per unit but is subject to availability. Please note, all four wheels must in inside the designated space for clamshell parking.
Parking is strictly enforced, including ensuring that vehicles fit into the spaces. No oversized vehicles or trailers are permitted.
There is free side-street parking on 67th Street (except red curbs) and paid municipal lots in the area.
