Ocean City vacation rentals are your ticket to beautiful beaches, amazing views, and well-deserved relaxation. While this beach destination makes for an ideal year-round vacation, the summer and spring see a share of beachside and boardwalk events with live music and food, like Springfest and the Maryland Coast Bike Festival. Situated on the Maryland-Delaware border, Ocean City is an easy gateway to the mid-Atlantic region.
During your stay, take a trip to the nearby scenic Ocean Pines neighborhood or the Northside Park and enjoy a quiet day on the water. Calm and uncrowded Fenwick Island is 21 minutes away, with picturesque lighthouse views and a perfect setting to watch the sunset. From town, you're also not far from the sleepy coastal hamlets of Maryland's eastern shore, nor sports-centric Baltimore or beautifully-maintained Annapolis, the state capital. Washington D.C. is just a couple of hours away, as are the historic Virginia and Maryland towns that surround our nation's capital.
One can’t-miss activity is the famous Ocean City boardwalk. The historic, three-mile walkabout features food, arcade games, and shopping options for the entire family. Take a stroll and try a bit of saltwater taffy or world-renowned Maryland crab cake, ride the 100-year-old carousel at Trimper's Rides, or get mystified on a tour of Ripley’s Believe it or Not!.

While Ocean City’s 10-mile beach attracts visitors each summer and is where most spend the majority of their stay, why not beach-hop the local stops? Nearby Assateague Island and its protected national seashore offer secluded sandy beaches amid coast bays on a barrier island eight miles south of our Ocean City rentals. Look for the famous Assateague's wild horses, descendants of the domesticated variety who roam this barren land freely, or try your hand at clam digging.
Frolic in the waves, kite surf, or fly a kite on a warm summer's day. You can watch for dolphins or professionals at work building sand castles. Kids will love the beach volleyball nets and the weekly Family Beach Olympics (through July and August). The beach plays host to movie nights, as well as concerts and firework extravaganzas.
