Enjoy this beautiful, top-floor condo, only a short walk to your private beach! This condo is set conveniently near bike paths that run parallel to 30A. Multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and retail shops are all within walking distance. Shoppers can enjoy staying within two-and-a-half miles of the Hub shopping area! Grayton Beach State Park (which features accessible beach access and the Underwater Museum of Art) is just over a five-mile drive from the condo. Deer Lake State Park lies just under three miles away - guests can travel to observe nature and wildlife at this rare coastal dune lake.
