Recent Santa Rosa Beach vacation rental reviews

We came back to this condo a second visit. Beautiful partial view without ocean front prices. Quick and easy access to the beach. Appreciated less things to do at checkout when paying for cleaning. Plenty of deck seating and loved the pantry space for food storage most places don’t provide. Wish we didn’t have to reserve chairs each morning but understand peak times. Beds aren’t the most comfortable but we weren’t using them for long. Have recommended to others & keeping this one on our fav list.

Beautiful view of the ocean, directly above the white sand beach. You don't cross any roads to get to the water, just follow a small boardwalk. Condo is nicely decorated in a quiet building, and the balcony is nicely shady during the day. Wifi was good. Pool is nice, shady in morning and sunny in the afternoons. Beach had a small sandbar, which was nice for wading/swimming with kids. Comes with an umbrella and two chairs, provided by the beach attendant. Peloton bike was a plus, too! When we went, the beach was not super crowded, and the water was amazingly clear - looks like a postcard outside your window every day! Only complaints: the king-size bed has a firmer mattress, as a side sleeper I had some trouble sleeping on it. It also would have been nice for them to include some additional dishwasher soap - there was only enough for 2 loads, so we'll bring our own next time. A body board or kayak would have been amazing to have available. Where to go for checkin was a bit confusing - there were so many emails - you get a parking pass from the building office onsite, and pool wristbands/your unit code from Vacasa. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
