Enjoy modern comfort at this dog-friendly condo with easy ski access to Mt. Hood. You'll also have access to a shared pool, hot tubs, and a sauna any time you're not on the slopes.
Located in the ski town of Government Camp, the condo looks out on a forest of trees, and there's a number of restaurants within walking distance. The slopes at Summit and Ski Bowl are both nearby with a free shuttle service, and prime slopes at Timberline are just a short drive away.
The condo itself is comfortable and charming. Grab a seat on the plush furniture in the living room and flick on the gas fireplace to make it extra cozy. There's a large flatscreen cable TV for watching your favorite DVDs, as well as books and games so you can relax in any way you like! Be sure to hit up the Ping-Pong table in the garage for some friendly competition.
A large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and fresh wood cabinets will inspire you to cook delicious meals, and a dishwasher saves you the hassle of clean-up. There's room for everyone at the dining table to come together and replay the day over dinner.
Upstairs you'll find two master suites - one with a king bed, and the other with a queen. Both beds have a high-end pillow top mattress for heavenly sleep, and there's a full private bath connected to each room. These make comfortable sleeping arrangements for four, and a sofabed in the living room sleeps an additional two, making room for a total of six guests. Dogs are also welcome.
A small half bath is conveniently located on the main floor, and there's a small deck out back with patio furniture, a gas grill, and a view of the evergreen forest that is beautiful no matter what time of year! Any laundry can be done with a private washer/dryer, and WiFi is available as well.
This condo is perfect for a family, a couples' weekend, or a group of friends looking for a great time on the mountain! With the slopes so close, you'll have no trouble skiing all day, and then you have plenty of great amenities to come back to - soak in one of three hot tubs, swim in the heated pool, or go for a steam in the sauna in the clubhouse. Head to Mt. Hood Brewing Co. for a tasty burger and a beer, or try one of the other restaurants in town.
Of course, there is plenty to do here besides skiing and snowboarding! In the summer, Ski Bowl turns into an Adventure Park with an alpine slide, mini-golf, bungee jumping, go carts, batting cages, and a zip-line. You'll also find excellent mountain biking, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, golf, and white-water rafting in the area. The mountain is home to all kinds of outdoor activity, you just have to decide what to do!
