Ocean views and pure luxury await from this dog-friendly home!

Absolutely stunning upgrades, along with ocean views and easy beach access, make this stunning Lincoln City condo a perfect spot for your next coastal getaway. Up to 12 family members or friends can comfortably sleep here, and even the dogs are invited!

Set just about three blocks to the beach, in the Sandstone Point property, you'll have easy access to the beach for searching for seashells, taking relaxing strolls while the waves crash against the shore, and building sand castles. The main hub of Lincoln City is just north as well, and the charming Taft neighborhood is about a mile south.

Warm, beige walls complement the dark wood floors and create a welcoming and elegant space to spend quality time with your fellow travelers. (This rental option is the lowest level of a newly renovated building that is available to rent in its entirety to sleep 40 guests if you wish!) With four bedrooms, this lowest level of the building can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, but if you need more space, consider renting the above condo or two as well and include the entire family!

The open kitchen and dining room ensure pure convenience when it comes to mealtime. Stainless steel major appliances, cherry cabinets, and a glass tile backsplash are just a few of the aspects that make this space feel upscale. And on top of a fridge and oven/stove top, there is also a coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, waffle iron, mixer, and dishwasher.

Set the nearby modern dining table for eight, or head out to the grassy courtyard and patio to dine while gazing out across the ocean. The kids and dogs will love running and playing tag after dinner! Keep in mind that if you do bring the dogs, there is a nightly pet fee.

Back inside, end a dreamy day by playing board games across the table, watching a movie or show on the cable-equipped TV, and upload pictures to show off your incredible getaway using the in-home WiFi.

One bedroom houses a queen-size bed and a set of fun twin bunk beds, two rooms each have a king-size bed, and a single queen-size bed occupies the fourth room. A nice, leather futon is located in the hallway for more sleeping space as well, allowing space for up to 12 guests in this condo. Two bathrooms are available for relaxing shower after a day on the beach, and a washer and dryer are set in the hallway so everyone can enjoy clean, dry swimsuits and outfits for tomorrow's packed agenda.

Take advantage of the serene beach being so close and head out for tidepooling, beachcombing, or clamming. Try crabbing in the sea, or watch for wildlife in Siletz Bay. Rent surfboards and try hanging ten in this Nelscott neighborhood, or book a sailing excursion on nearby Devils Lake, which also has great fishing! Spend a day hiking or biking up at Cascade Head, just north of Lincoln City. Or stay close by for delicious eateries, unique shopping, and entertainment and food at the Chinook Winds Casino Resort. Whichever way you go, you're sure to find fun activities!

The view of the ocean was beautiful! The walk down to the beach was fairly easy. Nice updated unit. Beds were very hard, noisy and bouncy. I chose a foam bunk bed mattress for my sleeping space because the others would hurt my back. In order to use the couch as a sleeping space, you need a set of extra linens but we couldn’t find any :( so our 9th guest had to buy blankets to keep warm. Also, the stairs were not vaccuumed at all. They looked disgusting. Lucky we didn’t use them, but just looking at the filth kind of made me sick. There’s mold in the master bathroom ceiling. The coffee pot was equipped for only 5 cups with no available filters so we had to go buy some. For a unit that supposedly sleeps up to 10 guests- it was not stocked enough to accommodate that amount of people. It only had like 4 spoons and 6 forks so we all had to eat at two different times, second half having to eat cold food. However, this was the cheapest place we could find for the last minute reservation that was this close to the beach. All in all, it was decent. Also there is no such thing as a “quiet” area of the unit because the walls are so thin. Not their fault but take that into consideration when booking a reservation. Also not even a pasta collendar for draining noodles, or a pizza sliced for cutting pizza. The two most common easy dishes for large parties and the “fully stocked” kitchen was unable to accommodate us in many ways.
Manager response:
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The spare sheets are kept above the dryer and in the second bedroom and are labeled. We apologize for the oversight in ensuring this kitchen had all its cookware; sometimes the cookware floats to the other unit this one can be rented with. We hope to see you again!

Whale lower is not as nice as the upstairs unit but was very clean and served our purposes

This spot was perfect for a extended family get away. Stunning view and a very short walk to the beach. Right in Lincoln City so lots of fun stuff close by. Made a great home base while we explored the coast. Place was very clean and has everything we needed. We were traveling with a big group including kids and dogs so we appreciated that it was simply furnished. Doors opened into a grassy area that was great for hanging out. Would definitely come again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Whale (lower) 7 adults and 5 kids. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, and easy access to get down to the beach. Very affordable.

This place meets my needs. It has 4 rooms and 2 baths. A spacious dining room. A kitchen with cooking wares and utensils. A washer and dryer in case you need to wash your clothes. Also we have a nice view of the Pacific. The sea shore is just a walking distance. We stayed here for 4 days. I will recommend this place.

Nice house for the price. Plenty of room for 4 kids and 5 adults (we had 2 no-shows). It was nice to have the yard right outside the door for the kids to play. Great views! We saw whales spouting and lots of fishing boats. The few shortages and problems we encountered were quickly solved by Lacy, the on-site manager.

We so enjoyed our visit. Rooms were beautiful and had a great view of ocean

The beds are all very soft and springy. Extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I opted for the futon for better support. There were no rugs (other than at the front door), no blinds for privacy, no shower caddy in either of the restrooms- all of our toiletries went on the shower floor, no closets, the cable kept cutting out, wifi connection was slow.
We felt like we were staying in an apartment that we couldn't afford to furnish; cold and uninviting. While the view from the inside-out was gorgeous, we were begging for privacy in the living/dining area.
The place was dusty. There were shoe/dirt marks on the floor in the kitchen upon first opening the front door and large dust/debris on one of the dining room chairs. The restroom in the hallway smelled terribly like a wet, stale rag. I washed the shower curtain but the smell did not come out. The place left a lot to be desired.
Manager response:
Thank you for taking the time to give this feedback. We’ve discussed the cleanliness issues with our staff. We will bring the requests for additional furnishings up to the owner of the property. We hope folks will give us a call if they’re having trouble with the internet. We hope we'll have a chance to host your group again!

We enjoyed our stay in Licoln City and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The staff was excellent in helping us get an early check in and made sure we were pleased! Great location to everything. Access to the beach. You do need to walk 4 -5 min down a small hill on a road. Going back up could be a little harder if you need any assistance. Great view of the ocean from this property. Close to downtown, outlet mall, Mo's seafood restaurant (a must to try, best clam chowder) Overall our experience was wonderful! Want to come back every year!

This may work out for you if you don't care about cooking, cleaning, or socializing with your guests. There were too many maintenance issues for me to consider this property again. On the other hand, the location is great and the beach access was convenient.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see that this home did not work out better for this guest's needs. The kitchen and living space are small for the guest count, but all maintenance issues we are aware of have been addressed.
