This rental was very clean, great beds and linens. We only had two in our party, but would be great for four as well. We had issue with internet, was service provider issue, not the renter, however, they were very responsive and had a easy solution. Was quick and friendly help. Would stay here again in a second!

Can't say enough good things! Beautiful place, well maintained, interesting furnishing. Great game room and work out place. Awesome to have indoor parking. Grocery and great restaurants next door! Just be sure if you have late check in that you know what to do. After getting key in lobby lock box had to go outside and around the block.

I'm a Vacasa team member and stayed here for the week. It's a great new development so everything was new and was perfect for my stay. The walk into the Pearl District was just a few minutes. Has a great fitness facility in the building with a public Peloton for use there which was a nice surprise. Walking distance from really everything and some wonderful restaurants. Would have been an ideal spot to have my family join as well for the week.

Loved the easthetic of this apartment and the area. Very well done. Great beds snd linens. Being able to sit on the open patio and walk anywhere we wanted was great. Loved the courtyard on the 3rd floor and the gym and lounge were very nice. The only thing that was a little bothersome was how noise carried within the space. If someone was watching TV downstairs or making coffee you could hear it upstairs like they were in the room with you. The concrete and glass are nice but maybe a white noise machine upstairs and fabric wall pieces to absorb would help.

Centrally located near shops, grocery and restaurants. The space was lovely, but the refrigerator made a loud buzzing noise, filling the space and the blinds did not roll up. Very little daylight could enter the upper floor. It would have been nice if there was a printed guide explain how to get to the weight room. Plenty of towels and very comfortable living room.
We had a technician inspect the refrigerator who states it's a slight, constant running noise that can only be gotten rid of by replacing the fridge. Since the refrigerator fully functions, we will not be replacing it at this time. The blinds have been repaired. The building has asked that we not disclose the weight room location unless guests have explicitly asked us. Thank you!

Recently took a family weekend in Portland. The area was perfect as we were going to see a trailblazers game, but even better was the proximity to great shops and restaurants all within comfortable walking distance. Great not to have to worry about driving- especially after our impromptu pool tournament up the street.
The interior was well laid out and cool. We had five people and it didn’t feel cramped at all. Good fitness room and games room as well.
Definitely, two thumbs up!!!

This place fit our needs for business trip. Having the bedrooms upstairs made it convenient to be downstairs late at night or early in the morning to start work. It was great that we each had our own bedroom/bath.Note that one of the full baths is not located in the other bedroom, if that would matter to you. The large dining table was perfect to spread out and work. The kitchen was well stocked; it was a nice touch having mugs in the freezer. We also used the fitness center. Please note that at this time, there is construction going on in the building. By 8am the construction team was in full mode. And being at the end unit, they were basically right next door. It was a bit distracting while working, but mostly was able to tune them out. Having said that, the place is great! Very happy we stayed and will be back.

Super convenient place to stay when working (or visiting) Portland. Easy walking to so many things (Restaurants, shops, coffee, etc) and very safe property. Found it very handy for sharing. If you are working to keep costs down (whether for business travel or pleasure), this unit is set up perfectly for sharing. No shared bathrooms and bedrooms on opposite sides of the building. Super convenient, would do it again in a heartbeat.

This condo is in an incredible spot in NW Portland. Right across the street from New Seasons, a couple blocks from NW 23rd and convenient to the Pearl. Having access to the gym in the Q21 building was definitely a plus!

It's harder to imagine a better location! We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It's on the corner of Quimby & 21st, in the NW Alphabet District.
The concrete catwalk connecting the two bedrooms upstairs is an incredibly cool design feature.

This townhome was perfect! It's modern, clean, well decorated, walking distance from tons of restaurants, bars, and shops). Includes washer/dryer, hair dryers, irons, large closets, and a fully stocked kitchen (minus food items). The parking spot in the garage was a lovely surprise and made a big difference. I would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.
