We enjoyed the main floor gathering / kitchen area AND the separate bedrooms with bathrooms for the 3 couples. There was plenty of space for all of us.

Beautiful house on a beautiful property!! Just outside of town, peaceful and quiet!

We really enjoyed the mountain top location overlooking Breckinridge. The city center and all it has to offer is just a few minutes away. The kitchen was well equipped and the large island was enjoyed as a gathering/visiting seating. The two upstairs bed and baths were quite nice. The lower level bedroom, more so the bath, was in need of upgrade in my opinion. The decor was industrial, eclectic and fun to investigate. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Really loved staying here. It was very easy to access the home via the lock box and very easy to find the home, even at night when we arrived in the dark! We are grateful to have stayed here. The home was clean when we arrived, very spacious, and good for groups. We only had 3 people, but still great room for us all plus more if you had a larger group! The home is close to breck's town, but far enough to enjoy the mountains and not be right in town! The only downside was that there are very close neighbors, which was fine because the neighbors weren't out much, but its not completely private as we thought it was. It only rained one day, so we found a ton of DVD's downstairs in the bottom livingroom, but none of the dvd players or xbox were connected when we arrived. Thankfully, someone in our group was able to finally figure it out and hook it up. We loved that the home had puzzles and games! We did both! Great home, well stocked, and check the pantry before you grocery shop! There are some things already there left from previous people, which was very helpful! We also left a few things like coffee! Enjoy the home, we loved it!

We loved the large sized decks on the back of the house. Hang out and enjoy the awesome views.

This house was a true find. It's very ample and comfortable for three adult couples. We particularly liked the location in a quiet, wooded area outside of town with views of the surrounding mountains from the bedroom windows. The trees around the property afford a sense of privacy from the neighbors. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen or the grill on the deck and found all the basic utensils needed. All the appliances worked well. It was very nice to have four mountain bikes with helmets to ride the nearby trails or the extensive network of bike paths into town. We would definitely go back to this house.

This was a great location for family ski weekend and allowed us to all stay together. We had plenty room and the house is close to town and skiing. We enjoyed it!

This house is gorgeous and 5 minutes to town and the slopes. The only thing to note is to bring your tablets if you want any media entertainment.

Fantastic place to stay in Breckenridge. Would be great if it had a sound system on the main living level

We didn't want to leave this place. The location feels secluded but it's just down the road to town. We felt so cozy and comfortable. The property was super clean and we loved all the amenities and everything they supplied for us!

When we arrived there were some plumbing issues but they were addressed quickly. We also bought groceries to make meals and couldn't use the oven because it kept shorting out.
We wanted to watch some tv while there and there wasn't any way to watch it. But the owners had a lot of dvds to watch and we found an Xbox to play them on.

Other than that, everything was perfect and would not hinder my decision to stay again! Amazing views and so much room!
