Sugar Sands offers a peaceful beachside experience with only four condos sharing a private pool and secluded beach. This lovely tropical oasis is just steps from the beautiful beach and laden with exotic and fragrant greenery, tropical huts, a BBQ grill, and outdoor showers. Sugar Sands D is on the ground floor and offers the easiest of beach vacations!
A unique blend of Florida fishing village, residential community and tourist destination contribute to an original vibe that is Madeira Beach. Mad Beach, as it's affectionately referred to, is that curious mixture of history, progress, and stability which, when paired with the perfect weather of Florida's Gulf Coast, makes for a delightful community. Measuring only two miles long, this small seaside gem draws beach lovers to its pristine white sandy beaches. Madeira Beach is home to John's Pass Village and with six public parks, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats, and dolphin watch cruises, it has something for everyone. Dog-friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.

- Complimentary access to our shared on‑site laundry facilities.
- One dog is welcome.Due to insurance and safety requirements, the following breeds cannot be accommodated: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull–type breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf‑dog hybrids.
**This restriction does not apply to trained ADA service animals as required by law.**
- A daily pet fee applies and helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
- To help keep the space comfortable for everyone, dogs can relax anywhere on the property except the pool area.
- Guests are required to clean up after their pets and ensure they’re supervised so the apartment stays in great shape.
This property is located directly on Gulf with direct beach access.
