After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind in the gorgeous downstairs living area. Mix a drink at the wet bar and gather at the table for four, or relax on the sectional and watch the 55” TV. Huge glass doors open right onto the Intracoastal Waterway, where a patio has lounge seating for six, as well as access to the private dock. Upstairs, the main living area is furnished with a comfy couch and another 55” TV. The room opens to a covered balcony, where a dining table for six offers more lovely views of the waterway. The sleek kitchen features white granite countertops and a center island. Gleaming stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher and electric stove/oven.
