About five miles north of downtown, Florence has a beautiful stretch of sand at calming Heceta Beach. Take your dog and play for hours on the beach, or pack a picnic lunch and relax under the shade of an umbrella while watching for glimpses of whales from shore. You can even join the locals in clamming or drive an additional six miles north for a visit to the unforgettable Sea Lion Caves.

Classically decorated with a mountain cabin theme, the interior of the condo features comfortable furnishings and outdoorsy touches. Rugged accents like the tribal print area rug create a cozy atmosphere that make this condo a perfect home base for exploring the coast.

WiFi is also provided for your convenience.

This well-designed condo also includes a fully-stocked kitchen! All the major appliances like a refrigerator, microwave and stovetop/oven are at hand to satisfy all your culinary needs. Additional appliances include a coffee maker, blender and toaster as well as plenty of counter space for everyone to lend a hand in preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner.

For a bit of luxury, there's a private balcony with rustic-styled furniture that is an ideal setting for a morning cup of tea or mug of freshly brewed coffee while enjoying a delightful river view. When you're out sauntering around town, you may even want to pick up some seafood or steaks to prepare out on the balcony's gas grill. When the sun is shining you may prefer to eat outdoors, but if it's too chilly there is a sturdy wooden dining table with room for everyone inside.

From the condo, it's a two-block walk to the harbor and board walk. Stop at the Old Town Park for a few quiet moments sitting in the Gazebo and watching the river flow by.
