Ideally located only a third of a mile from the beautiful ocean beach in Pacific City, this light-filled home makes a wonderful base on the Northern Oregon Coast.

Built in 2017, this home has a lovely sense of polish, with bright rooms decorated in a chic palette of neutral tones. After a day spent at the beach, come home to warm up by the gas fireplace (or perhaps cool off in central AC) and stream movies on the living room's Roku TV. Or, step outside to find a fenced, sandy patio with a gas grill, lounge chairs, and an outdoor firepit (with wood provided) to gather around in the evenings.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need at mealtime, including stainless steel appliances, a prep island with bar seating, and an adjacent farm-style dining table for eight. After dinner, toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, set up a board game at the coffee table, or escape to the upstairs loft to send a few emails over the high-speed WiFi.
