A paved concrete path, that contains steep areas, leads to steps down to the private seasonal dock. Enjoy sunbathing, fishing, and swimming from the dock. The dock is equipped with a covered single slip and a jet ski port. Even if you don’t have a boat or jet ski, you can still explore the lake by renting from Twin Cove Marina, located just 2 miles away by land. Twin Cove Marina is a full service marina and restaurant.

The dock is seasonal and availability is contingent on TVA lake levels.

Not only is the home's location ideal for outdoor adventure, but the updated interior provides complete modern comfort when you're not out exploring. A farmhouse sink, ample counter space, and a full suite of major appliances allow for stress-free meal planning in the kitchen.
