The lower level of the home is comfortable, thoughtfully updated, and designed for a relaxing stay. Inside, you’ll find a bright, cheery space with new furnishings and neutral décor that create a calm place to unwind after a day on the lake. The living area features a cozy chaise sofa, perfect for settling in to watch a movie or simply relax.
The home includes a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals during your stay, along with a propane BBQ outside for easy summer grilling. The dining and living areas flow comfortably together, making it easy to spend time with your group.
There are two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the second offers a canopy queen bed along with a sleeper sofa, making the space a great fit for couples or small groups looking for a low-key, restful getaway. The bathroom includes double sinks and a convenient step-in shower, offering plenty of space to get ready for the day.
Outside, the newly furnished patio creates an inviting place to gather. A comfortable outdoor sectional is paired with a pellet stove that provides both warmth and ambiance, perfect for snuggling up on cool evenings or making it easy to enjoy morning coffee or relax after a day on the water.

Hayden Lake Marina and Restaurant are 1.5 miles by car or less than a 5 minute walk. Honeysuckle Beach is less than two miles east and downtown Coeur d’Alene is an easy 15-minute drive. For day trips, Silverwood Theme Park is about 15 miles north, Silver Mountain is 35 minutes away, and Schweitzer Mountain Resort is roughly an hour’s drive.

Should both be rented during the same timeframe, the dock is available for both parties to use and be shared.
