This three-story home is located in the Bayshore neighborhood of Waldport, less than two miles across the Alsea Bay Bridge from the heart of downtown. Walk a block down the street to take in a view of the bridge, or stroll less than a third of a mile to reach Beach Access 67B. If you're looking for some excursions up and down the Central Oregon Coast, Yachats, Cape Perpetua, Newport, and the renowned Oregon Coast Aquarium are all within 15 miles. Plus, the community pool is available for a nominal fee to guests at Chateau De Bay.

The interior is modern and comfortable, offering plentiful space to gather with loved ones. Enjoy a large, open kitchen with upscale appliances (including a Viking gas range), a window-lined dining area, and an adjacent living room with a smart TV and a gas fireplace.
