Whether you're planning to whale-watch, storm-watch, or spend a sparkling summer on the beach, this oceanfront home in beautiful Yachats will provide you with a front-row seat. You'll be less than three miles north of town, with only a grassy lawn separating you from the sand and ocean waves.

Upon entering this single-level home, you'll be greeted by both carpet and tile floors, natural wood adorning the walls and ceilings, and a wall of picture windows framing the Pacific Ocean. The oceanfront living room and dining room are warmed by a fireplace, with the living room offering soft sofas and recliners where you can read, watch TV, and admire incredible sunset views.
