Built in 1910, this two-story, 5,000-square-foot home offers plenty of space for a large family gathering and is just a few steps from the beach and the golf course. Inside, you'll find a bright and open, well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with a breakfast counter and coffee bar to make it easy to prepare all your favorite recipes. For meal times, head into the adjacent dining room with gorgeous wood features from floor-to-ceiling, a convenient kitchen pass-through window, and an elegant table for eight. An additional table for six can be found in the library if you need a little extra space. This home also includes two living areas with plenty of comfortable furniture, cable TVs, and, in the main living space, a warming gas fireplace to help set the mood on chilly nights.
